DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position provides highly complex and advanced technical budget work in the administration of the Needs-Based Plan and Budget (NBPB) Program. You will participate in the development and delivery of annual NBPB training to County Children Youth Agency (CCYA) and Juvenile Probation Office (JPO) staff. You will also work with the Office of Children, Youth and Families (OCYF) regional and program staff to determine the appropriate level of funding for a county's recommended certified service levels while providing advanced oversight to the examination of revenue projections of NBPBs for accuracy, completeness, and conformance with procedures, regulations, and policy. In addition, you will supervise the maintenance of the CCYA specific historical budget cycle data utilizing Microsoft Excel.
