We have an exciting role open within Caterpillar as a Finance Business Lead for Wheel Tractor-Scrapers (WTS). This position is responsible for partnering with the business to drive outcomes that will lead to profitable growth within WTS product group. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Finance, you will be a strategic partner providing insights into many areas of the business and providing monthly financial support including analysis and forecasting.

What You Will Do:

• Engage with the Product Value Stream Manager’s Organizations within RIOP to provide insights and analysis to inform business decisions driving profitable growth.

• Responsibilities

• Complete monthly financial results analysis

• Forecast the WTS business for an annual business plan as well as updating the forecast quarterly to support business processes

• Develop a deep expertise of the WTS business to drive profitable growth

• Ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to drive an outcome.

• Ability to learn new analysis tools and systems.

• Leadership:

• Strong organizational capability

• Excellent communication across all levels and executive presence

• Strategic Thinking:

• Ability to take an Enterprise point of view and lead with our Values in Action

Top Candidates Will Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economy, Finance, or Business

• Forecasting and Analysis experience

Additional Details:

• This role will be based in Peoria, IL or Decatur, IL with up to 25% travel.

• Domestic relocation is offered for those who qualify.

• Sponsorship is NOT available.

Summary Pay Range:

$126,000.00 - $189,000.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
