What will I be doing?

As the Pastry Chef, reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·Contributes to a creative and contemporary dessert including “special menus” following trends and demands in the restaurant and events

·A dietary requirements wizard

·Contributes to a safe, happy and productive work environment

·Contribute to the control of costs

·Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen

·A Work, Health and Safety ambassador

What are we looking for?

A Pastry Chef serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

·A minimum of 2 years demonstrated previous experience in a similar role

·A current, valid, and relevant trade commercial cookery qualification

·Knowledge of current food trends

·Excellent communication skills

·Ability to work under pressure
