Location : Remote (Eastern Time Zone)

Hourly Pay : Target $50/hour (may have some flex depending on experience)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

• Develop and complete indirect cost proposals in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines

• Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Financial Management

• American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Financial Management

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in the preparation of financial documents

• Oversee financial management of various projects

• Maintain accurate financial records

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with federal guidelines

• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support the organization’s goals

Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• Three or more years’ Governmental Accounting experience
