Randstad is seeking highly motivated and self-driven Inside Sales individuals to join an extremely interesting company in the South Austin area. This role requires Inside Sales experience and a college degree. If you are someone you know are intersted, please now! Background check and drug test are required.
salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Customer service skills and be able to address their needs.
Proven Successful Distribution Inside Sales experience in exceeding quotas/goals.
Experience in selling to aerospace and military markets.
Experience in selling electromechanical parts highly desirable.
Interface with vendors and customers in problem areas.
Review inventory levels and flows with Purchasing Manager.
Maintain sales records and administer incentive programs, distribute sales information.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
