The Temporary Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the Leadership Fellow Team and the MGMT 6100 Team at McNulty Leadership Program for a duration of two weeks. They will be performing a variety of administrative duties throughout each week for the two teams.

The Temporary Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the Leadership Fellow Team and the MGMT 6100 Team at McNulty Leadership Program for a duration of two weeks. They will be performing a variety of administrative duties throughout each week for the two teams.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Accept incoming mail and deliver it to the appropriate person or storage space.

  • Print, copy, and organize documents using office equipment.

  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.

  • Run necessary errands on campus.

  • Update website information

  • Create professional nametags using basic computer program

  • Assist with setting up and organizing materials including seating charts, nametags, t-shirts, and signs.

Qualifications

This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual capable of managing various administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of both teams during the preparation for MGMT 6100 and preterm for Wharton MBA students.

  • Highschool diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Proficiency in Canva or any design software- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role or similar position, and/or previous experience working in a service setting.
