STV Incorporated Architectural Discipline Leader in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: JR2178 STV is seeking an experienced Architectural Discipline Leader for our Philadelphia, PA location. This position will lead the architectural discipline for STV's Buildings business in Pennsylvania and work closely with our market sector leaders.

Key responsibilities include: Establishing business development strategies and execution plans for growing STV 's Northeast reach. Building on our legacy projects and successes in Higher Education and other market sectors, with emphasis on leading the design teams and managing projects to completion. Driving Business Development and Client Management to identify appropriate clients, win projects and help build a sustainable pipeline of work. Providing critical relationship management and overall account management. Analyze client budgets and develop target lists in a collaborative fashion across the enterprise. Expand an existing network of business contacts to keep abreast of industry, client, partner, and competitor activity. Attend industry events and develop and maintain strong networks with key East Coast clients. Identify future project opportunities well in advance and serve as key advisor in building appropriate teams to successfully respond to solicitations. Take a leadership role in proposal preparation. Plan sales objectives and implementation strategies. Provide Executive-level Project management on key projects.

Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university. Registered architect (RA) very strongly preferred. Must have a minimum of 20 years+experience. Thought Leader with established presence in the market, conversant with industry trends and best practices. Interface ace with discipline leaders to ensure project deliverables and vision are being met. Proven success record in securing and managing both new build and remodels/renovation projects. Exceptional written and presentation communication skills. Ability to effectively work collaboratively with a range of professionals in multiple office locations. Highly organized and able to prioritize work efforts to meet deadlines. Mentor and develop staff by working with Division. Highly proficient with computers and programs to include sales and marketing CRMs, putting together and delivering top-notch presentations to top executives and perspective clients. Strong business acumen, with analytical and budgetary management skills.

Compensation Range:$168,112.00 - $224,149.00
