Title : Building Engineer

Job Description :

• This individual will be working in a 1.2M square foot, 61 story building on the Philadelphia skyline.

• They will be responsible for operating, completing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostics, and repairs on all building systems including but not limited to hvac equipment, AHU’s, VAV’s, refrigeration equipment, Chillers, Coax, Building Management System (BMS), Water Purification Systems, Plumbing Systems, and boilers.

• Will be working as a team with the other engineers to complete daily work orders and address all maintenance issues that arise in a timely manner to keep the building in the best possible shape.

Qualifications :

• Must hold Class A Engineer’s License

• Commercial building maintenance experience, 5-10 years minimum

• Customer Service minded individual is required

• Experience using a CMMS
