Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP Digital Studio Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: R3049 Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Digital Studio Analyst that will report to the Digital Studio Manager

This position will reside in either our Philadelphia or Chicago office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with vendors and key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Establish collaborative working relationships with cross-functional project teams.

Contribute to ongoing strategy initiatives across our applications and provide recommendations.

Manage multiple priorities while delivering the highest quality work product.

Identify and distill use cases for digital applications.

Support the Digital Studio Managers to operationalize practice specific digital solutions.

Support the operations of our digital products by executing the day-to-day tasks.

Collaborate with the product team regarding development status for each studio's designated products.

Support the functionality of the existing digital products, including regular data maintenance scheduling and execution.

Analyze usage metrics for the digital products.

Monitor and triage "help box" inquiries for the digital products.

Create documentation to support the use and function of the Digital Studio's products.

Create process documentation, PowerPoints, and similar deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.

Experience with investment management funds and trademark portfolios.

Experience with the business of law.

Interest in AI and innovation initiatives.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

The ability to manage and support projects cross-functionally in an iterative, fast paced environment.

Strong business operations and process improvement experience.

Strong leadership, group facilitation, and project management skills.

Experience in project management including planning, organizing, and supervising clients and colleagues towards successful project completion.

Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. *Please submit a cover letter to accompany your application
