Responsibilities
Fairmount Behavioral Health Hospital provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults suffering from mental health and addictive illnesses. Fairmount is a 239 bed, short-term, acute care hospital offering inpatient, partial and intensive outpatient hospitalization, as well as specialized treatment programs for chemical dependency. Fairmount has an excellent reputation as an innovative hospital with caring, dedicated staff, experienced in the delivery of behavioral healthcare. POSITION SUMMARY:
Administers and directs program to maintain buildings, equipment and grounds. This individual also ensure that all utilities and their distribution systems are procured and generated efficiently. The Plant Ops Director is responsible with coordinating all safety and general activities with all other departments and department heads within the hospital to insure safe and efficient operations. The Plant Ops Director oversees the housekeeping department and ensures hospital cleanliness standards are met consistently.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Five to Ten years of progressive experience in supervision and maintenance.
Specific experience should include maintenance installation, construction, and maintenance of grounds, utilities, and buildings.
