Comcast Cable Communications, LLC Engineer 3, Software Development & Engineering in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Contribute to team responsible for applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to create new multimedia technologies and experiences; design and develop new software and web applications using Docker and Kubernetes; program using GoLang; perform CI/CD using Jenkins and Concourse; work within an AWS Cloud environment; attend scrum and provide updates on day-to-day tasks; support applications under development and customize current applications; assist with the software update process for existing applications, and roll-outs of software releases; analyze, test, and assist with the integration of new applications; document all development activity; and work with the Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements. Position is eligible for 100% remote work.
*REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and two (2) years of experience developing software using Docker; programming using GoLang; performing CI/CD using Jenkins and Concourse; and working within an AWS Cloud environment; of which one (1) year includes using Kubernetes.
