FMC Corporation Global Regulatory Compliance Coordinator/Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 1170211600 Global Regulatory Compliance Analyst/Coordinator Duties: Lead and drive activities related to the regulatory compliance of formulated products and co-formulants/inerts with internal stakeholders including Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Country and Global Registration Managers, R&D and other teams including Documentation, SDS, etc. Maintain, compile, and evaluate relevant data obtained internally and externally in all relevant databases. Conduct day-to-day activities related to compliance and maintenance of FMC's assets ensuring regulatory requirements and quality are upheld. Responsible for the review and evaluation of compliance for formulated products and inert ingredient content and supply globally. Ensures formulation and all components comply with relevant regulations in over 140 countries. Leads investigation into any potential deviations by conducting a root cause analysis, develops mitigation options and drives actions to ensure compliance is addressed. Coordinates this effort directly with Legal, keeping management informed. Lead stakeholder management with Procurement and R&D to drive alignment of regulatory requirements, decision making, alternate sources and viable formulations. Support Country and Global Registration Managers with background and information, including documentation, to support submissions and approvals. Continuous monitoring and engagement with Country Registration Managers to ensure up-to-date knowledge of all regulations, policies and procedures. Assess the information and inform stakeholders on impact to company assets, viable paths forward to achieve critical Operations, Supply chain and business goals. Provide expert input into critical business plans related to Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement, supporting agile product flows and financial improvements. Requirements: Requires Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field of study, and 5 years of experience in a regulatory compliance occupation/position within the plant protection industry with a global focus. Experience specified must include 5 years of experience with each of the following: Regulatory Data Protection, FAO/JMPM specifications, Pesticide Regulations and Requirements globally, REACH regulation implications on formulated products and inert ingredients; supply chain flows, procurement needs and operations across a global organization; application of chemistry, properties and function of inert ingredients; root cause analysis, and risk and mitigation analysis; communicating technical scientific and regulatory subject matter to all stakeholders; MS Windows and standard office software tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams; stakeholder management across a global organization; working within and contributing to cross-functional teams; and project management of various re-registration, new registration and alternate source tracking activities. Experience specified must include 3 years of experience with: Veeva RegulatoryOne, Homologa, Planisware, Planishare and SDS Management Databases; and management of change and supporting QAR processes. Experience specified must also include 1 year of experience with laboratory formulations development. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
