Reporting to the Head of Learning & Belonging, the Manager of Belonging will work to execute the firm-wide mission of creating a culture where everyone feels valued, heard, and supported, driving talent to reach their full potential, increasing retention, and driving innovation and success in all aspects of our business.

You will be integral in implementing our vision to educate and empower our colleagues and embedding inclusive policies, systems and behaviors into our ways of working.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing effective multi-year DEI strategies, as well as strong program and project management skills focused on outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

Drive DEI/Belonging program objectives through program management and defined project plans including managing implementation of activities, and developing processes, documentation, and communications for rollout and ongoing support.

Develop metrics and analyze results to assess the effectiveness of DEI/Belonging action steps.

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to embed DEI/Belonging into all People Processes

Collaborate EisnerAmper University on DEI/Belonging training curriculum and other professional development opportunities for partners and colleagues.

Deliver a communications strategy that promotes awareness of issues that impact firm management, operations, and governance.

Manage firm-wide Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to ensure that annual planning, budget, and programming align with the firm's objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of DEI experience preferably in a business strategy, program management, and or strategic planning role

Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, psychology or another related discipline

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

DEI certification(s) or related experience with a professional services firm

Knowledge of current industry best practices, trends, and techniques.

Experience gathering, managing, and translating data and analytics to uncover insights, tell stories, develop metrics that drive decisions and effectuate change, and measure impact.

Exceptional writing and public speaking skills.

Knowledge of project management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.

Knowledge of change management principles and experience implementing them.
