Managing Consultant, Guidehouse Inc., Philadelphia, PA. Manage projects from initiation to completion. Handle team oversight on multiple projects simultaneously and day-to-day client relationships. Manage pharmaceutical market strategy projects, examples of this include launching, providing landscape and opportunity assessments, providing R&D strategy, conducting competitive intelligence, and shaping market entry strategy. Investigate regulatory environment and perform assessment for multiple large and emerging pharmaceutical companies through primary and secondary research. Convene team meetings, guiding, coaching, and mentoring junior and senior consultants while providing feedback. Deliver high quality and client ready work products. Progress projects through drafting development plans, staffing, determining deadlines, determining budgets and breadths. Engage in sales initiatives, account management and practice development.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or a related field, plus two (2) years of related work experience.
Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:
- Consulting experience in one or more of the following relevant life science industries such as, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and/or Medical Technology industry;
- Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: product planning and development; market access, pricing and reimbursement; product commercialization; franchise and business unit strategy; corporate strategy; and/or regulatory and compliance;
- Managing the activities of a project team including workplan, staffing, deadline scope, and budget; and
- Providing planning and operations strategy with solutions focused on coordinated operations infrastructure resilience, and reliability assessments.
Up to 25% domestic travel required.
Telecommuting permitted up to three (3) days per week.
