Description We are offering an opportunity for a Sales Assistant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19103-2843, United States. This role involves managing orders provided by contracted selling partners, acting as a liaison between our authorized selling partners and our internal teams. This position requires great customer service skills, a team player mindset, and the ability to manage high volumes of work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage orders provided by contracted selling partners, ensuring efficient processing and completion.

• Act as a liaison between authorized selling partners and internal teams, facilitating effective communication.

• Provide high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly.

• Maintain a high level of organization to manage a high volume of work efficiently.

• Utilize data entry skills to input orders into the system accurately and quickly.

• Use your telecom knowledge to support internal teams and selling partners effectively.

• Exhibit strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in all responsibilities.

• Flexibility in working hours to meet the demands of the role.

• Support office functions and workstation as needed. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a Sales Assistant role or similar

• Proficient in customer service and able to maintain a high level of service at all times

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven sales record with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Experience with data entry and able to accurately input information into databases

• Familiar with general office functions and able to assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Able to provide workstation support to colleagues and troubleshoot minor technical issues

• Comfortable acting as a liaison between different departments and partners

• Experience selling products or services, ideally in a telecom environment

• Ability to work effectively with internal teams to achieve sales goals
