Job Description Summary

By investing in a role specifically tailored to manage Qualtrics in support of client operations analysis, we aim to systematically organize datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and ease of access for future reference. The student worker will be trained to leverage the robust features of Qualtrics, optimizing survey designs to encourage higher response rates and garnering actionable insights. Furthermore, by elevating the reporting function, stakeholders will receive timely, concise, and relevant reports, enabling them to make informed decisions and recognize trends more rapidly for clients and internal team members.

Job Description

  • Formatting, providing technical support for, and reporting on Qualtrics surveys.

  • Utilizing SQL, Excel, and Tableau for data reporting and analysis.

  • Conducting business intelligence research for inbound custom program inquiries.

  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent judgment, demonstrates initiative, and can communicate thoughtfully with Wharton Executive Education staff, technology partners, and with Wharton professors. This person should have an interest in educational technology, disruptive strategy, innovation, and be comfortable with uncertainty and a fast-changing environment. Given the some times sensitive nature of policy and strategy discussions, discretion and judgment are essential.

  • Interest in educational technology and learning solutions.

  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively global student body through Wharton Direct.

  • Ability to communicate professionally with Wharton professors.

  • Comfortable asking for help.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
