DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Role description: Arcadis is looking to hire a Workplace Coordinator in the Philadephia, PA office to provide a first point of contact in an Arcadis office for Arcadians and our guests. This role will support the delivery of the Workplace promise through the delivery of Workplace operational services to a designated office or group of offices to meet the Workplace user experience standards, including providing reception, booking, concierge services, completing administrative activities and health and safety and environmental compliance tasks. The role will work with other Arcadis functions people and contractors to support this roles' delivery of an effective and efficient service

Key Interfaces: Arcadis Colleagues and guests * United States Workplace Teams * Workplace sub-functions - Portfolio, Projects * Workplace Operations Leaders * Enabling services such as Procurement, Technology, Finance, ESG, SHEQ

Role accountabilities: Workplace Coordinator is a key customer facing role, taking responsibility for providing operational services including reception in line with our Workplace User Experience standards. You will be responsible for the administration of Workplace services including management of room and hospitality booking systems and process and play a key role in) ensuring agreed Workplace Health and Safety and Sustainability and security tasks are carried out including working with other Arcadis functions including safety, health, environment & Quality (SHEQ) and undertaking First Aid and Evacuation Warden roles. You will also support your WP Team in reviewing Workplace standards, coordinating Workplace communications and Intranet sites, and supporting workplace projects within the property/s when required. 

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities * Provide support to your team members * Responsible for your own and supporting your wider team's compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice, Arcadis standards and for operational workplace services, HSE responsibilities * Responsible for communication of Workplace issues and resolution. * As a key Team member, support the wider Team and suppliers in their service delivery * Interface with enabling functions to ensure effectiveness and efficiency * Participate as a key member of the wider Workplace team, supporting development, innovation and improvement * Support other sites workplace operations as required

Qualifications & Experience: * Knowledge of FM/Workplace matters and practices gained by sufficient experience working in a similar environment Skills and Experience * Fluency in written and spoken English (as well as local country language) is essential * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work with moderate supervision as part of a wider team * Excellent customer service skills * Engaging personality * Knowledge of general IT systems and those used in the delivery of Workplace services * First Aid and Evacuation Warden

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $41,000 - $47,000.
