Insight Global Customer Service Representative II (Remote, Local to AZ) in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description

This position will answer and handle incoming calls to the Arizona Barbering and Cosmetology Board. The CSR2 provides general information regarding licenses, payments, general information, and compliance questions.

Hourly Pay/Wage: $17.50-$17.75/hr + Health/Dental/Vision/401k benefits

Skills and Requirements

o 1+ years of Customer Service/Call Center experience

o Communicating effectively while actively listening to others

o Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems

o Typing at least 45 Words per minute

o Critical thinking and reasoning

o Applying world-class customer service techniques

o Responding to customer service complaints/problems.

o Maintain a professional demeanor at all times

o Work in a busy call center environment with time constraints, high call volumes, and stressful conditions

o Comfortable sitting for long periods of time

o Perform phone interviews while simultaneously inputting information into a database

o Accept responsibility for work product and outcomes

o Resolve difficult customer service complaints/problems o De-escalation techniques

o Knowledge of Arizona Barbering and Cosmetology Statutes, rules and regulations

o Google Suite

o Problem resolution

o Business English to include proper sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation. null
