Description We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk in Phoenix, Arizona, United States, to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data management system. This position is within the telecom industry and offers a hybrid work model. The role necessitates proficiency in data entry and documentation, with an emphasis on maintaining logs and using verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a computer with dual monitors, a single keyboard, and mouse to verify and input data

• Review documents from various sources to determine the processing method according to defined workflows

• Read requests and process what is requested, such as NL Submission Entries, Loss Runs, Declinations/Close Outs, Renewal Conversions, Endorsement Triage, etc.

• Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered

• Compare data with source documents or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors

• Maintain logs of activities and completed work

• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to accurately document and record customer/client information

• Provide quality service within a high volume environment

• Contribute to project management tasks as necessary

• Use interpersonal skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry and documentation management

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience in project management and ability to maintain logs effectively

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Ability to verify and submit tasks accurately and in a timely manner

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of loan renewal processes and ability to deliver quality service

• Experience with triage, conversions, and other computer programs

• Good keyboard skills and ability to operate computer systems efficiently

• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings, Chubb, and SharePoint Workflow

• Ability to work onsite and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Experience in offering training to team members when necessary.
