As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for the execution of Centuri’s multiple fleet programs. You will report to the Senior Manager, Fleet Operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the licensing, fleet transfers, permitting, disposal preparation, capital budgeting, GL

  • report analysis, and other various ad-hoc reporting for the department

  • Serve as the system administrator for Telematics/GPS program, Driver Qualification File Program,

  • and Vehicle Maintenance Programs, including the Fleet Management Information System

  • Oversee all required documentation for external regulatory agencies

  • Maintenance invoice Data Entry

  • Serve as the single point of contact for key suppliers

  • Collect, process, and distribute relevant data pertaining to the fleet department Create and manage

  • reports for department and company stakeholders

  • Assist the Fleet Field Operations teams as requested

  • Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred but not required

  • 3+ years of experience in fleet operations, data analysis, or equivalent combination of education

  • and experience

  • Knowledge of fleet operations and data analysis Written and verbal communication skill

  • Interpersonal skill to negotiate business strategies and agreements with suppliers

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, financial reports, business plans

  • and strategies and legal documents

  • Ability to create long-term plans, including the scheduling and implementation of required

  • activities

  • Ability to accomplish departmental, divisional, and organizational goals when information is vague

  • and details are absent or difficult to obtain

  • Ability to solve unique problems and develop methods, systems and policies Ability to work

  • effectively within a team

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment

  • Flexibility to work different schedules and stay late with little or no notice

  • Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing

  • Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Legal Stuff
