Position Summary

Jensen Precast is recruiting a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic, for our Phoenix, Arizona plant. In this role, you will perform inspections, maintenance, repairs and ensure compliance with DOT guidelines.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Inspect, diagnose, repair, operate and maintain all diesel trucks, forklifts, and moving equipment.

  • Assist drivers with vehicle issues.

  • Perform DOT required inspections.

  • Maintain accurate records of all inspections and maintenance of equipment.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification with 1 – 2 years of experience preferably in an industrial setting. Additional candidate attributes include but are not limited to:

  • Familiar with Diesel Engines, Brake System, Hydraulics.

  • Familiar with DOT requirements.

  • Self-motivated and able to perform role with minimal direction.

  • Commercial Driver's License – Preferred.
