Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented Help Desk Analyst based in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you'll be a pivotal part of our IT operations, monitoring and managing various infrastructure technologies including computer systems, network, and communications. You will also act as a liaison between customers and departments, leading problem resolution efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user services to our clients, ensuring efficient and effective IT operations

• Analyze data and hardware using identifiable factors to resolve IT challenges

• Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

• Maintain and manage customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

• Utilize Microsoft tools and Active Directory for day-to-day operations

• Handle computer hardware issues, including troubleshooting and repairs

• Implement Configuration Management processes to ensure IT systems meet the organization's requirements

• Provide Deskside Support to end-users, addressing and resolving IT problems

• Manage Desktop Hardware, including installation, maintenance, and upgrades

• Demonstrate knowledge of Comptia A+ concepts and principles in daily operations. Requirements • Must possess strong knowledge of Database systems and their management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft systems, tools, and applications is required.

• Experience with Active Directory is necessary.

• Should have a solid understanding of Computer Hardware and its troubleshooting.

• Configuration Management skills are highly desirable.

• Prior experience in providing Deskside Support is a plus.

• Familiarity with Desktop Hardware and its operation is important.
