Compensation:

Responsibilities

Hematologist & Medical Oncologist

Dignity Health Cancer Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center is actively seeking a full-time, board certified/board eligible Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join our core group of disease focussed medical oncologists. At DHCI we aim for excellence in oncologic care through focussed disease sites including medical oncology, radiation oncology and surgical oncology. The core clinical teams are also widely supported by Palliative Care, Nutritional and Social Work services.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have or be eligible for an Arizona State Medical License;

  • Board Certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology (or board eligible for new graduates);

  • Have the ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at SJHMC and Dignity Health Arizona hospitals;

  • Be passionate about providing clinically excellent, evidence-based care;

  • Willing to abide by and promote the values of CommonSpirit Health

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • M.D. or D.O.

  • Unrestricted AZ Medical License

  • Must have completed Internal Medicine Residency

  • Must have completed a Hematology-Oncology Fellowship

  • Willing to participate in teaching and research activities

  • Acceptable references from supervisor, peer, subordinate and a registered nurse

  • Willing to abide by and promote the mission and values of Dignity Health and CommonSpirit Health.

Pay Range

$182.69 - $255.12 /hour
