Job Description:

• Support the company in identifying aircraft installation opportunities for company-built avionics

• Analyze aircraft installations for determining the effort required to install and certify company-built avionics

• Supports development of avionics installations for avionics products

• Develop test plans, procedures & cases for avionics installations in aircraft

• Perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations, design and implementation plans for avionics installations

• Analyze systems installation requirements for products and interfacing systems on aircraft

• Support engineering design and substantiation activities required to obtain FAA approval for avionics installations on aircraft

  Qualifications:

• In pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or related field

  Preferred Skills:

• General familiarization with aviation/aircraft operating environment or an interest therein

• Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration and/or project management, and/or model-based systems engineering
