JCTM LLC IT Network Administrator in Phoenix, Arizona
The Challenge: The Phoenix Veteran Affairs (VA) Health Care System (PVAHCS) is in need of technical and professional services in support of medical equipment projects. PVAHCS is dedicated to improving the lives of Veterans and their families every day. PVAHCS proudly serves Veterans in central Arizona at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center and 12 community-based outpatient VA clinics. What if you could use your knowledge and experience with Information Technology to assist with these projects?
As an IT Network Administrator on our team, you will provide direct technical assistance and take ownership of the various tasks and projects with minimal supervision. Some of the technical aspects of this role include servers, networking, upgrades, security patching, configuration of workstations, and installing clinical apps. You will be an interface between Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), Information Technology, internal clinical customers and other vendors.

Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ Years of IT experience establishing, maintaining, troubleshooting and securing networks and servers
Demonstrated knowledge of concepts related to computer based medical systems, networking protocols, and information security as it applies to medical technology within VHA.
Demonstrated skill in in communicating and working collaboratively with key stakeholders, including technical and professional staff at various levels of the organization.
Understanding of regulatory agencies’ requirements, industry regulatory requirements and International Standard Organization standards.

Nice to Have:
IT Certifications such as Comp TIA Network +, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, CISCO CCNA, etc.
Specific hospital or healthcare experience maintaining medical equipment or managing a hospital medical equipment program.
