Honeywell Lead IT Solution Architect in Phoenix, Arizona

As an IT Solution Architect here at Honeywell, you will serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights into IT architecture planning and strategy. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and our IT architects, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and executing IT architecture strategies aligned with our business objectives. You will report directly to our Director of IT and Information Security and you will work onsite at our Broomfield, Colorado location. In this role, you will provide the insights and strategic direction necessary for efficiency and innovation. Your expertise will drive the planning and implementation of technology solutions that meet the highest standards in the industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as a subject matter expert in IT architecture planning, providing valuable insights to our cross-functional teams and senior leadership. • Collaborate closely with our IT Leadership team and PMO to define and execute IT strategies that align with our business goals, driving innovation and efficiency. • Support the planning and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet scalability, security, and compliance standards. • Contribute to the management of the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. • Advocate for governance to maintain consistency and compliance across projects. • Participate in defining and prioritizing projects and resources to meet our business objectives, helping to shape our future technology landscape.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience in IT Architecture, with proven expertise in delivering projects and technologies. • Comprehensive knowledge of data centers, networking, and data management. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. • U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance

Salary Range: 114-142k
