Delaware North Sportservice is looking for a full-time Maintenance Worker to join our team at Phoenix Park n' Swap in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties throughout the property.

Responsibilities

• Painting, hanging drywall, and repairing drywall as needed.

• Changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, and performing similar minor electrical tasks.

• Plumbing work including opening clogged drains, repairing leaks, and performing other simple plumbing jobs.

• Simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods.

• Operate a forklist and sweeper tuck.

• Lawn maintenance including mowing, removing weeds and brush, etc.

• Maintain equipment including preventive maintenance, appropriate/necessary repair and general care of all tools, carts and vehicle.

• Drive a company vehicle on property and occasionally off property.

• Assists with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Available to work Monday - Friday from 5:00am to 1:00pm in the summer and 6am-2pm in the winter.

• Minimum of 3 year of previous experience in general maintenance and repair for commercial facility required

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Previous experience with heavy or agricultural machinery preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Standing and walking 100% of the time

• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather including extreme heat

Monday to Friday

8 hour shift

Overtime as needed
