In this entry-level role, you will assist in the development, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM applications, gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and technologies. As the Oracle HCM Technical Associate, you will:

• Analyze and understand the client’s business objectives and challenges to determine technical requirements

• Develop SQL queries to store, retrieve, analyze, and troubleshoot data in the database tables, using Oracle Database

• Create technical specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models

• Communicate effectively to translate the client’s business requirements into technical solutions

• Build, test, and deploy interfaces, reports, and conversions

Required Skills and Experience:

• Clearance Required: None

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues

• Ability to work independently and provide quality work products on schedule

• Ability to travel as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience developing reports and interfaces using Oracle BI Reporting

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL

• Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred

• Experience documenting business processes

• Hands-on experience with developing SQL queries

• Familiarity with web application development, databases, operating systems, and programming concepts/languages

• Ability to think critically and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities

• Experience with WebServices (SOAP and REST)

• Experience working in a public sector environment is desired
