Job Description

• Conducts analyses and builds reports in support of effective operations for digital product management, special projects/initiatives, and/or strategic/operational planning activities.

• Facilitates intake & prioritization.

• Schedules & assists with portfolio alignment, tasks, and ceremonies.

• Assists in tracking and visualizing product outcomes with clearly defined metrics and targets.

• Sends external communications on behalf of the portfolio to increase transparency across stakeholders and business partners.

• Facilitates teamwork and alignment between cross-functional teams including engagement, design, analytics, engineering, and experimentation and helps to identify and resolve any risks in the plans.

• Assists in Annual & Strategic Planning for the Portfolio

Institutionalizes the knowledge of outcomes and lean portfolio management best practices.

• Identifies ways to improve and streamline agile operations.

• Fosters collaboration and transparency between product, business, and engineering teams

• Supports the creation of tools and processes to improve the agile team's ability to reliably execute and relentlessly innovate.

• Keeps up to date with industry, competitor, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and latest trends.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management, or Project Management with proven record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.

• Experience in Payments and/or Digital Banking is preferred but not required.

• In depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes

• Proven record of accomplishment managing large, complex products with multiple partners

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally.

• Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global organization.

• Ability to predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing null
