Job Description

A large financial services company is looking to hire a production support travel analyst to join their team. This is a fully remote contract role supporting the travel subsector of the company. This person will be managing support tickets, doing root cause analysis on travel tickets, communicating with stakeholders and tech teams to escalate issues, and working with developers and engineers to ensure systems are running correctly.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5 years travel industry experience

• 3-5 years experience with Sabre travel system

• Excellent communication skills written and verbal

• Experience working with travel mid office - Experience as a travel agent or travel counselor null
