Description: A major client in Phoenix is looking at add a Windows 11 Migration Technician to support their transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This role is heavy within hardware, devices, PCs, imaging, deployments, and executing the migration. More info about Job Opportunity will be provided over the phone!

• 6 months contract (potential to convert or extend)

• M-F Core Business Hours

• Requires: prior experience within Desktop Support and WIN 10 to WIN 11 Migrations

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide technical support for desktop computer software programs, trouble shoot computer issues and deploy new computers to end users.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support and daily guidance to our end users

• Resolve technical problems for internal and external customers.

• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.

• Troubleshoot and solve problems with vendors and systems.

• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00
