Description We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Pikesville, Maryland. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and involves supporting our sales team, data entry, order processing, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of customer orders received online, via email, and phone calls.

• Provide sales support to the sales team, assisting with administrative tasks as required.

• Maintain and update our admin database with real-time updates, ensuring all data entry is detailed and accurate.

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating patience and a sense of urgency.

• Adapt to new technologies, with a particular focus on transitioning from our old FileMaker Pro system to the new CRM HubSpot.

• Work closely with our sales team to generate and track invoices and payment authorization forms.

• Create new client records and/or update existing client records accurately in CRM.

• Maintain a business casual dress code, demonstrating professionalism at all times.

• Support the sales team by processing lead and sale tickets accurately.

• Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating a team-oriented mentality. Requirements • Must have a minimum of one year experience in a sales assistant role or similar

• Proficiency in CRM is required

• Possesses skills in Data Processing and Data Entry

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently

• Familiarity with the use of FileMaker Pro is necessary

• Experience in Order Entry is essential

• Proficiency in Excel Formulas is a plus

• Experience with HubSpot will be advantageous

• Must be able to provide Sales Support when required
