Hilton Administrative Analyst in Pilar, Argentina

Eventual position to cover Maternity license

Responsibilities:

  • Record and control financial transactions.
  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Manage financial documentation and correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Preferences:

University degree in Accounting or Finance
