U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command Program Analyst in Pine Bluff, Arkansas

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Program Analyst located at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas. Responsibilities Establishes performance metrics and monitoring mechanisms to track the progress and effectiveness of business development initiatives. Conducts comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in relevant industries and markets. Solicits feedback from stakeholders to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Monitors external factors and internal processes to ensure timely response to issues and changes in the business environment. Provides leadership and guidance to a team of program analysts and other staff involved in business development activities. Leads the development of proposals in response to solicitations, requests for proposals (RFPs), and other opportunities for business development. Supports business development objectives by collaborating with other departments and functional areas within Pine Bluff Arsenal. Assisting in marketing campaigns or outreach strategies to a variety of audiences. 2. Monitoring external and internal factors to ensure timely response to issues in the business environment. 3. Tracking the effectiveness of business development initiatives. 4. Conducting market analysis to identify trends in relevant industries. And 5. Assisting with scheduling workload and allocating task across a team based on priorities.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Education Additional Information About the Position: The Joint Munitions Command provides the Joint Force with ready, reliable, lethal munitions at the speed of war. JMC's mission is to support the production, storage, distribution, and demilitarization of munitions. This position serves as a Program Analyst located at Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR, which is a subordinate installation of JMC.
