Join our dynamic Brand Marketing team as a Project Analyst and become the driving force behind our commercial success! You'll be a critical partner for Marketing by ensuring flawless project execution, providing invaluable support throughout the commercial process, and constantly seeking ways to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness.

As a key player in our Project & Process Management (PPM) Team, you'll also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various departments including Design, Supply Chain, R&D, Packaging, Legal, Regulatory, and Finance, to bring our vision to life and elevate our commercial excellence to new heights. Let's Talk Responsibilities

  • Project Execution:

  • The Project Analyst will lead the Marketing execution of multiple concurrent key projects. Exact responsibilities per project will depend on scope and alignment with the Brand Marketing team and may include:

  • Coordinate project initiation, planning, and alignment of scope with Brand Marketing team and cross-functionally

  • Manage and communicate project timeline issues and risks; close communication with Brand Marketing and Network Operations (or other timeline owner)

  • Coordinate and facilitate team communication/ flow of information and decision making between cross-functional teams and with Brand Marketing team

  • Lead project deliverables such as copy sheets and artwork routing initiation

  • Drive project to completion from Marketing execution prospective and optimally hand off to downstream cross-functional teams

  • Commercial Process Support:

  • The Project Analyst will also provide commercial process support in areas such as the following (but not limited to). Exact responsibilities will be assigned based on PPM team needs.

  • Implement artwork project initiations within system for the Brand Marketing team

  • Support Smart label process improvements and be the key Marketing lead for cross-functional team

  • Streamline and shepherd the sale sample process

  • Understand additional key commercial processes and backup other PPM team members as needed

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • As a PPM team member, it is important to drive continuous improvement and find ways for individuals and teams to work more effectively and efficiently. With a holistic viewpoint, the Project Analyst is encouraged to identify and lead continuous improvement efforts as well as support improvement efforts identified by the Marketing team to drive ground-breaking change.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, focus in Business or Supply Chain preferred

  • 3+ years of general analytical, process or project experience

  • Experience working within fast-paced, multi-functional teams

  • Experience leading projects

  • Exposure to commercial processes

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate/identify potential barriers and provide creative solutions

  • Ability to effectively interact with cross functional teams, such as Marketing, Design, Supply Chain, R&D, Packaging, Legal, Regulatory, and Finance

  • Experience and demonstrated competence in Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of/exposure to enterprise systems including SAP

  • Exposure to artwork and design processes an advantage

  • Solid understanding of Smartsheets, Microsoft Project or other PM tool

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $81,000.00 - $114,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.

  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements

  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually

  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually

  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year

  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
