RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s Degree in Human Services and 1 year of clinical experience, preferably diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions.

• Valid driver license

• Ability to drive an organization vehicle

• Act 33/34/73 Clearances (Criminal/Child/FBI Department of Human Services)

• Pre-Employment Drug Screen

• Child Protective Services Law training (CPSL)

WORK SCHEDULE: This is an Exempt (salary) position

primarily Monday through Friday daylight hours with rotating evening shift (1pm-9pm) as part of a team. Some weekends and holidays may be required. Will provide on call services on a rotating basis ($200.00/day).

ABOUT THE ROLE

• The primary function of the CTT Clinical Lead is to provide supervision and direction to team members; the CTT Clinical Lead also provides psychotherapy, case management, and mental health supports.

• The CTT Clinical Lead will provide direction and supervision to team members while providing direct and indirect services for mentally ill and dual-diagnosed adults, including evaluation & assessment, group therapy, and case management.

• Be an integral member of a Treatment Team, in constant collaboration with psychiatrists and other agency staff.

• Assist clients with accessing services, build support networks and resolve conflicts.

• Provide consumer-centered, recovery-oriented mental health service delivery model that has received substantial empirical support for facilitating community living, psychosocial rehabilitation, and recovery for persons with the most serious mental illnesses who have not benefited from traditional outpatient programs.
