POSITION DETAILS
Expect your typical day as a Financial Analyst to be focused on the following initiatives:
Data Analysis: Gathers and applies appropriate data for health and welfare plan reporting, Assists in financial projection analysis for strategic accounts and self-insured clients.
Underwriting Application: Applies underwriting fundamental practices for trend analysis, high cost claim analysis, contribution strategies, and medical and prescription drug benefit interpretation, and valuing.
Continuing Education: Facilitates ongoing training and education for actuarial partnership and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, finance, or related field required
0-3 years of financial related work experience.
Exposure to underwriting or health and welfare financial analysis preferred
PA, Life, Accident, Health Insurance License preferred
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
