Who will you be working with?

Our best-in-class HR Technology team transforms the way HR enables the business and workforce. This role will play a pivotal role in leading new processes and enhancements to support Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Talent Management and more.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the HR Technology team, you will be responsible for administering, enhancing, and supporting all HR Technology Integrations and should have a detailed technical knowledge to do so. Our main IT systems are Workday and Kronos. The role serves as a technical point of contact for the deployment and maintenance of modules and will ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and process improvement opportunities. The technical advisor will also support any new release update testing as well manage the HR Eco Architecture. The incumbent will partner with various business stakeholders and accountable for the overall design and functionality of the applications – Workday and Kronos.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field, or 5 years min. of equivalent work experience.

  • More than 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of Workday and preferably Kronos / UKG.

  • Preferred certification in Workday Core Integrations and Integration Studio, Workday HCM and Advanced Integration

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work unsupervised.

  • Strategic and creative thinking to analyze issues that may arise and create solutions.

  • Ability to respond positively to feedback and implement change in process and procedures as needed.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Time Clocks and maintenance

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Workday Integration tools

  • Creating Security Groups and connections within Workday

  • Configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Workday.

  • Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go live, testing)

  • Leading design session, reviewing, and assisting in the creation of project deliverables.

  • Workday Finance Integrations

  • Review and enhance the current setup with Workday Expense and Cost Center Hierarchy

  • Create API connections to Integrations with banks for expense credit card updates

  • Further automation to manual processes either by leveraging Workday tools including Integration studio OR by RPA automation

  • Workday Reporting and HR Datamart Integrations

  • Understand and enhance the current mapping of HR data into the DataMart built in Oracle database with Informatica

  • Designing, development, testing and deployment of workday integrations using custom report, EIB, Core connectors, APIs and Workday Integration Studio

  • Update Workday reporting calculated fields, xml file and XSLT document for integrations

  • Troubleshoot data flows to all downstream systems

  • HR Timekeeping, Payroll and Benefits Integrations

  • Understand and enhance the current mapping of HR systems for timekeeping, payroll and Benefits

  • Update local state and country level integrations to meet the new configuration changes as decided by business teams and governing entities

  • Lead design meetings of enhancements with IT and HR business teams

  • Lead Workday to UKG Dimensions bi-directional integration setup

  • Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the corporate business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements & design,

  • Developing, testing, support and deploying integrations specific to Workday Financials to meet business requirements.

  • Analyzes Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing integrations.

  • Accountable for Workday data integrity including data quality and data extracts.

  • Ability to work and a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing demands or needs of the business.

  • Ability to assess and design system functionality and actively participate in the entire project life cycle: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment and change management.

  • Analyzes and provides technical support for technical issues related to the integrations designed in the application. Provides thoughtful resolutions or measures to prevent reoccurrences.

Physical Demands:

  • Requires daily interaction with Team members on meeting calls or in person.

  • Requires sitting or standing in cubical and meeting rooms.

  • Employee is regularly required to look at computer screen.

Work Environment:

The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.
