About the Role:

This role is part Property Management Procurement /P2P team and reports into the P2P Business Systems Supervisor.

As a CBRE Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and leading training for the Property Management Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Team. The Senior Analyst will develop training-related communications and will also be responsible for working with internal stakeholders in PM, including BSO, Operations, and Accounting to align training offerings.

Please note: this is a virtual training role; no travel is required.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, generate, review, and implement P2P training content; topics include Supplier Onboarding, Requests for Proposal, Contracts, Marketplace (for purchase of consumables), Purchase Orders, and Invoicing

  • Lead and facilitate bi-monthly P2P Community Calls

  • Develop instructional guides, FAQs, newsletter, and operations meeting content.

  • Point of contact for Procurement/P2P training and related day-to-day functions.

  • Work with P2P support team to review needs, assess feedback, and make recommendations to improve usage of P2P and compliance with related processes.

  • Apply general knowledge of P2P and Property Management to participate in system development and enhancement initiatives.

  • Maintain a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.

  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4-6 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Excellent communications skills, including confidence and energy in online presentations.

  • Experience training/coaching others in technical subject matter.

  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Preference for candidates with experience working in Property Management and using CBRE’s P2P system.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
