Join our team. Make a difference - for us and for your future. Position Title:  Risk Management Analyst Business Unit: Risk Management Reports to: Manager of Enterprise Risk Management

Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for conducting and documenting quarterly risk assessments of business and operating units, new products and services, as well as risk assessments required by banking regulators. Also primarily supports ongoing monitoring and reporting of risk across the corporation through Key Risk Indicator (KRI) tolerance monitoring and Corporate Risk Committee reporting.

Primary Responsibilities: Obtains and receives periodic reporting of KRI's from business and operational units and inputs to Risk Management system to compare performance to plan.

Compiles information and reporting from various internal sources in order to support Risk Committee reporting.

Documents remediation plans for KRI tolerance exceptions in order to ensure appropriate corrective actions to address identified exceptions.

Develops or assists in development of risk assessments required by banking regulatory agencies as needed.

Participates in interviews of business and operational unit management to understand risks and controls of their business/operations and in order to document risk assessments and to establish a risk framework, including determining the level of risk and the appropriateness of controls.

Develops or assists in development of written risks and controls for business units where appropriate.

Review and gather policies that go to Risk Committee(s) for approval.

Develop or Assists in development of process maps for key processes.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Level of Education Required to Perform the Primary Responsibilities of this Position: BA or BS
