Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the telecommunications industry, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role is for a Telecommunications Specialist, who will be responsible for managing and maintaining our telecommunications systems, specifically Avaya CMS. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of Crystal Reports, Management Systems, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our Avaya CMS telecommunications system

• Create and manage reports using Crystal Reports, ensuring the accuracy and relevancy of data

• Utilize Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel for data management and report creation

• Ensure effective communication with all relevant stakeholders, maintaining high standards of customer service

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all tasks and processes

• Assist in various HR administration tasks as needed

• Utilize the 'About Time' management system for efficient task management and reporting. Requirements • Proficiency in Avaya CMS and Crystal Reports

• Strong skills in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with the use of About Time software

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused approach

• Ability to create clear and concise documentation

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Strong management system skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
