Our global pharma client is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week. Fully onsite in Plainsboro, NJ is preferred, but hybrid optional- must be onsite 3 days/week. Role SummaryThe Paid Media Specialist/Support will assist in the development and execution of Patient (DTC) and Healthcare Professional (HCP) paid media plans for the Marketing portfolio. The goal is to increase brand awareness, aid in patient requests/conversion, and enhance HCP engagement/action to support positive health outcomes. This role supports the Center of Excellence (COE) and Brand teams to deliver media plans that drive positive business impact. The specialist will coordinate the planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of media initiatives and serve as an internal expert on patient and HCP-facing media channels.Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.-Minimum of 5+ years of paid media marketing experience.-Experience in multichannel paid marketing, with comprehensive media plan management/oversight.-Prior pharma media experience preferred.-Technical knowledge in digital media (display, OLV, CTV, and paid social media) planning.-Proven achievements in traditional, digital, and emerging media spaces.-Strong analytical skills.-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams/projects.-Effective prioritization and time management skills.Responsibilities1. Brand Planning:-Coordinate with media partners, internal teams, and cross-agency teams to bring media plans to life.-Support the development and execution of paid media plans with brand leads and COE leads.-Manage agency partners in media planning and buying for the portfolio of brands.-Provide strategic insights and analytics into performance drivers with COE.-Ensure media plans align with portfolio needs and requirements.2.Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders:-Maintain relationships with Medical, Managed Markets, Regulatory, Sales, and Legal personnel.-Work closely with CI&A (Consumer, Insights & Analytics) to track impact and success metrics.-Collaborate with brand account managers or brand point leads to ensure alignment on needs and execution plans.3. Material Development and Review Process:-Collaborate with COE and Brand Leads on media plan development, execution, and optimization.-Communicate with external partners to ensure timely campaign launches.-Ensure alignment on assets needed and timing for media plan execution. 4. Tracking and Optimization:-Support the setup of testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and modeling requirements.-Monitor "test-and-learn" approaches to campaigns and emergent trends.-Partner with external partners to measure and report on media conversion tracking.-Follow internal and external procedures in managing contracts.-Support spend optimizations and ensure resources are appropriately allocated.-Participate in media plan-specific status and optimization meetings as needed.5. Physical Requirements:-Onsite presence at the Plainsboro office required, with an average of 2-3 days per week onsite.
