TEKsystems Healthcare Payment Poster (Onsite In Plano) in Plano, Texas

TEKsystems is looking to hire several Payment Posters for a large healthcare company out in Plano, TX!

Description:

  • Understand clearinghouse functions, organize, detail, and able to handle competing priorities while meeting and exceeding deadlines

  • Correctly apply all types of payments and adjustments that are posted and batched daily

  • Waystar, WellSky, Vision, and HST experience preferred

  • Resolve all unapplied accounts within ten days of deposit and ten days post close of the prior month

  • Complete and distribute daily cash reports, reconcile individual batch totals and daily posting totals, as well as correctly apply patient share, and complete balance transfers as appropriate

  • Research and resolve unmatched EFT report and process credit card payments and post charge backs

Additional Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of related experience in cash posting and reconciliation, EOB analysis, balance transfers, posting refunds, write-offs, and contractual adjustments

  • Experience with automated patient accounting systems, and automated billing and collection systems
