Job Title: Professional Services Specialist

Job Description

The Professional Services Specialist I is responsible for providing administrative support to our field sales team. This role works semi-independently to offer daily assistance to the Professional Services and Sales Operations Teams of the B2C Division. This position is crucial for ensuring business growth and requires a team player attitude with an outgoing, positive demeanor. Responsibilities include processing applications, collaborating with multiple divisions, maintaining spreadsheets of sales and transactions, organizing confidential documentation, responding to inquiries, and preparing commissions. The role also involves being the point of contact for sales agents and undertaking additional responsibilities and special projects as needed.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Plantation, Florida with potential to have a hybrid schedule after training period.

Work Environment

The work environment is a professional office setting that routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and whiteboards. The noise level is usually moderate. Remote work may be available after initial in-office and hybrid training. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
