JOB REQUIREMENTS: Come join HARIBO of America\'s first ever North American factory! Located on-site in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Reporting to the Associate Manager Inventory & Operations, the LTL Shipping/Receiving Clerk will be responsible for tracking and communicating the specifics related to outbound shipments in an accurate and timely manner. Maintains accurate electronic files to optimize quality, service and efficiency in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintains a productive and respectful two-way dialogue with procurement and internal plant customers. The LTL Shipping/Receiving Clerk will partner with support functions to identify Purchase Order delivery ownership throughout the entire building and assure all Purchase Orders are physically delivered and systemically received in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Perform quality control review of each order (LTL/ UPS/ Fed Ex/ SILO) Check-in orders using SAP Aggregate and package/prepare orders for shipping via parcel and LTL carriers Utilize PC-based systems to prepare shipping documents and labels Maintain a clean working environment and maintain equipment needed to ship orders timely Follow safety requirements for the position Perform other duties and responsibilities...
