In the role of Investment Program Finance Manager, Mondelez Supply Chain, you will:

  • Accountable to control and provide on-site business partnering for strategic program team in Płońsk Plant

  • Ensure adherence to all applicable policies, procedures and standards

  • Provide support to the plant leadership team in the area of reporting, analysis and tracking of financial and non-financial KPIs related to strategic program

  • Ensure proper risk analysis and reporting, proactive approach to mitigation plan

  • Operate in a complex matrix environment and needs to be able to connect the dots/input and provide meaningful analysis as an output.

What you need to be successful:

  • Solid finance supply chain experience

  • University degree (major in Finance/ Economics); min 5 years experience in controlling or project management

  • Strong ability to interact with senior management and provide strategic perspective

  • Well organized with excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills

  • SAP literacy

  • Ability to operate in complex matrix environment across various team in different locations

  • International experience a benefit 

  • Fluency in English and Polish
