"Job#: 2029363  Job Description:  Product Manager (Pittsburgh or Fully Remote Candidates)POSITION SUMMARY:The Associate Product Manager will work with a diverse set of stakeholders to enhance our digital experience. The ideal candidate is astrategic thinker, results-oriented, and an excellent communicator. This individual should have a deep understanding of the product as wellas our customers' needs and the competitive landscape.RESPONSIBILITIES:Partners with Product Management to assist in developing and executing the vision of the product roadmapServes as the "voice of the customer" with the technical teams, representing and reinforcing the customers perspectiveBreak down large initiatives and product vision into appropriately sized components, from quarter-over-quarter big picture conceptsto user storiesAssess value and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned withproduct strategy and roadmapDevelop detailed requirements and feature definitionsCollaborate with internal business partners to refine requirements and define enhancementsEngage business stakeholders throughout the execution of a project, ensuring that what is delivered meets the business's goals andobjectivesCommunicate effectively between both business roles (i.e. marketing) and technical development during the lifecycle of productdevelopmentDerive product insights through stakeholder interactions and other market dataWork with product team and key technology stakeholders on development, testing and implementation plans, as well as internalcommunications and deployment plansProactively identify issues and work with internal partners to understand options and execute solutionsDefine metrics of success and analyze resultsBlend strong business acumen, technical problem solving and agile execution Additional projects and responsibilities as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelors Degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Administration, or related field* 3+ years related experience in digital* 1-2 years experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst* Domain expertise in Digital-Retail is preferred* Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), &planning skills* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team* Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery* Ability to work with and influence peers and business partners* Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment* Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting* Experience with agile development* Data driven mindset and track recordEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
