(Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position) Daikin Applied maintains a large fleet of service and sales vehicles in the US and Canada. The Fleet Administrator II will support the organization's fleet operations delivering guidance, support and outstanding customer service to our 1200 drivers that operate our 1400 company vehicles. In this role you will be crucial in partnering with our 3rd party fleet management company to maintain accurate records, manage administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulations related to the organization's vehicle fleet. The objective of the role is to support the day to day needs of a large national fleet, while also leveraging data to anticipate trends and address department needs proactively. Key Responsibilities Include: Provide responsive, high quality service to employees, representatives of the fleet management company and customers by providing accurate, complete and up to date information in an efficient and timely manner Collaborate with management to assist with fleet vehicle planning and execution Process new vehicle orders, stock purchases and used vehicles Coordinate the timely delivery of new fleet vehicles and removal of turn in vehicles across the United States and Canada Communicate with suppliers and service providers to coordinate vehicle acquisitions, upfit, servicing, repairs, and accident claims Logistics providing relocation transfers managing vehicle availability and allocation to various departments and locations across the United States and Canada Support onboarding of new drivers and assist drivers with proper repair and insurance claim procedures Provide data driven insights to support decision making, including auditing fuel receipt reports and accounting for fuel cost variances, cost benefit analysis for accidents, claims and repairs and reports on fleet related metrics, such as fuel consumption, maintenance costs, vehicle utilization and mileage thresholds for replacement Track and document all vehicle-related expenses and invoices and administer vehicle fleet on maintenance and fuel card programs Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records through a third party systems accounting for fleet vehicles, including registration, inspections, driver records, insurance, repairs and maintenance history Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to vehicle registration, licenses, inspections and permits Maintain driver changes to ensure accuracy in reports for safety audit, performance evaluations and personnel issues What's In It For You: Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much more!
