WISCONSIN PLASTIC PRODUCTS INC Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Tech in PLYMOUTH, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Perform diversified duties to maintain production machines and the plant facility\'s equipment. 2. Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. 3. Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical repair manuals, and electrical prints. 4. Must be able to operate a forklift and scissor lift. 5. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. 6. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. 7. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. 8. Knowledge of the principles of electricity, PLC controls, switch gears, power distribution and mechanics. 9. Assist in performing regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. 10. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. 11. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. 12. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1. A degree in electrical, and industrial maintenance or equivalent of work experience required. 2. At least 5 years of electrical maintenance experience; with a background in production maintenance. 3. Strong math and computer skills. 4. Dedicated and takes pride in providing a high level of detail towards equipment maintenance, projects, general housekeeping and maintaining all shop areas in a neat and organized fashion. 5. Manufacturing, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills required. 6.
