Service & Equipment Analytics Manager (m/f/d) - Poland

This role will be responsible for the development of robust analytics and reporting solutions. It will be a cornerstone of successful cooperation and providing expertise to drive Dentsply Sirona’s equipment & services transformation journey.

As part of a Customer Service & Success organization, the role will work in close collaboration with international internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution projects. The ultimate objective is to leverage data analytics and insights to drive customer experience, service excellence, product design & quality, fleet management automation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across various business stakeholders to define the roadmap of the program deliverables

  • Support building, development and maintenance of reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions globally, with an extra focus on EMEA region

  • Actively participate in projects’ planning and delivery, and take ownership of success measurement

  • Create business impactful insights to transform the customer experience and the technical services operation

  • Become a thought leader and subject matter expert of the enterprise data infrastructure in its current state and enable its development and transformation

  • Provide appropriate strategic recommendations that improve effectiveness of our core business processes, create synergies and ensure unification across regions

  • Help elevate the organization along the analytics maturity – from descriptive to diagnostic, from predictive to prescriptive

  • Communicate effectively and advocate for highest data quality, transparency and reporting practices

  • Effectively fulfil other tasks and requests supporting organization following the direct manager’s prioritisation

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related field

  • Several years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance or related field, preferably in MedTech industry

  • Experience in business partner/internal consulting role, preferably in MedTech industry

  • Proven track record designing, developing, launching and driving adoption of analytics/BI solutions and products

  • Advanced analytical and business strategy skills related to service-line and support program development in technology-related industries

  • Proven track record of success in identifying customer needs and converting them into high-value service offerings

  • Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze data from a wide range of internal and external sources and translate these into powerful insights

  • Proven experience collaborating with multi-faceted teams (marketing, product, commercial) to develop and successfully launch new analytics solutions

  • Strong drive to meet timelines, establish clear priorities and hold self and others accountable for results

  • Self-starter mindset, thought leader in the area of expertise

  • Strategic orientation balanced with a detailed mindset for complex projects

  • Effective communication and strong ability to build relationships and work in a team to establish trust and ensure efficient collaboration,

  • Capability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment to deliver on communicated timelines and objectives,

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) skills;

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
